Phillippe Roger Boucher



EAGLE LAKE and FORT KENT, Maine — Phillippe Roger Boucher, 77, died peacefully with family by his side on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at an Eagle Lake healthcare facility. Roger was born in Fort Kent May 27, 1939, the son of Ludger and Emilia (Laferriere) Boucher. Roger’s favorite pastime was listening to music which brought him great joy. He is survived by six brothers, Eddie and wife, Evangeline Boucher of Bristol, Conn., Leon and wife, Alberta Boucher of Southington, Conn., Don and wife, Marie of Bristol, Wallace Boucher of Fort Kent, Robert and wife, Bernadette Boucher of Clair, N.B., Canada,and Maurice and wife, Lisa Boucher of Fort Kent; two sisters, Anita and husband, Carl Stella of Bristol and Rita and husband, Brian Hebert of Plainville, Conn.; five sisters-in-law, Gertrude Blier Boucher of Fort Kent, Joan Hebert Boucher and Jackie Voisine Boucher both of Terryville, Conn., Anna Jean Charette Boucher of Eagle Lake and Judy Michaud Boucher of Conn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by five brothers, Emile, Lewis, Leonard, Dalton and Wilmer Boucher; and one sister-in-law, Camilla Boucher. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Committal services will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roger’s memory to a charity of one’s choice. Funeral services in the care of Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
